1. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - Your home will be expertly detailed on the MLS with relevant descriptions to entice both agents and potential buyers to come and view your property. 
2. Yard Signage - If your community permits, we will have our yard sign installed in the front yard...and backyard if you have the right exposure available! 
3. Professional Pictures - The old saying is true...a picture is worth 1000 words! We don't show up with our iPhones and take pictures...we just feel that would be a disservice to you. We have a professional photographer work their magic so your home shows in its best light. This is at our expense and we feel it is 100% worth it! 
4. Virtual Tour - We also have a virtual tour filmed so potential buyers can get a good feel for your home online. 
5. Electronic Lockbock - We maintain an inventory of electronic lock boxes which we feel are essential to the sale of your property, and offer an added level of security while your home is available for sale. We will discuss your unique home access needs at your listing consultation. 
6. Open House Events - We don't just throw a sign on the corner and hope someone stops by. We have a detailed plan of attack for a two day event that has proven to sell our listings quickly and for top dollar! 
7. Geographic Phone Calls - We will order phone numbers for all of the home owners within a 2 mile radius of your property. As long as they are not on the "Do Not Call List" we will call and let them know about your property being for sale. They may just have a friend or family member who wants to live where they live! 
8. Facebook Advertising - We will highlight your property on our Facebook Business Page which has over 1000 followers and growing daily. We also regularly feature our new listings in paid Facebook advertisements. 
9. Online Website Dissemination - Nearly every buyer starts their home search online. So, we will make sure your property will be highlighted on over 100 websites! Including Zillow, Trulia, Keller Williams, Youtube, Craigslist, Realtor.com, VegasVipHomes.com and many more! 
10. Neighborhood Door Knocking - We will create a full color brochure and hand them out to your neighbors in person to generate interest in your property. 
11. Full Color Home Flyers - We will create a full color home flyer for potential buyers to take with them when they tour your home. 
12. Seller's Home Warranty Coverage - We will provide you a home warranty policy during the time you are listed for sale. This will help offset the cost repairing major home systems while you are selling your home. 
13. Reverse Buyer Prospecting - We will email the agents who have Buyers on saved home searches in the MLS that match your home criteria. 
14. Database Emails - We will include your property as a "Showcase Home" in emails we regularly send out to our database. 
15. Agent Networking - Through our work with the Agent Leadership Council, Keller Williams national events, local Realtor events and office charity events, your property will be discussed and shared with multiple Realtors both locally and on a national level.
